125win takes every member's account security seriously. Below are the layers of protection we have in place to ensure every login session is safe and fully under your control.
Every piece of data transmitted during the login process — including your username and password — is encrypted with 256-bit SSL before it leaves your device. No one can intercept or read this information while it's in transit.
125win's system continuously monitors login attempts. Repeated failed attempts from the same IP address will trigger a temporary lock and send a notification to you — an added layer of protection against brute-force attacks.
Whenever your account is accessed from an unrecognised device or location, 125win will send a notification to your registered email address. If you do not recognise the login, you can immediately lock your account using the link in the notification email.
To keep your account secure, your 125win login session will automatically time out after a period of inactivity. This is especially important when you are using a shared device or forget to log out manually.
The 125win team will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to be a 125win staff member and requests your password, do not comply — report it to us immediately.
Use a strong, unique password for your 125win account — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse the same password as your email or banking accounts.
